Ilan Manor is a PhD candidate at the University of Oxford and a member of the Oxford Digital Diplomacy Research Group. His recent monograph Are We There Yet: Have MFAs Realized the Potential of Digital Diplomacy? was recently published by Brill Publishers.

Manor has contributed to various scholarly journals including The Hague Journal of Diplomacy, Global Affairs, Place Branding and Public Diplomacy, and International Affairs. His current research focuses on the use of digital diplomacy during geopolitical crises.
