Adam Sharp has forged a distinctive career of more than twenty years at the intersection of media, technology and politics, most recently as Head of News, Government and Elections at Twitter from 2010 through 2016.
He appears regularly as an expert and speaker on digital communications, political affairs and journalism, and founded Sharp Things to provide actionable, strategic advice to companies and individuals working in these domains. He previously held
leadership roles at NBC News and C-SPAN and served as a deputy chief of staff in the U.S. Senate.
Sharp is the Vice President of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Foundation, a board member of the National Press Foundation, and a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
